These
computer and network resources are intended to further
the education and patient care missions of the Family
House Clinic and the Lisbon Avenue Clinic.
Any use of the computer, network or electronic resources
for any activity which infringes on the rights of another
person, is abusive, profane or may lead to a lawsuit
or criminal charges or in any other way degrades the
performance of these resources is expressly prohibited.
Examples of such activities include, but are not limited
to, viewing pornographic materials, running destructive
software, using pirated software, using someone else's
password, forging electronic communications, or misusing
printing services."
Any
such activities will be reported to the appropriate
authorities and will result in immediate disciplinary
action as covered by appropriate conduct codes and/or
any applicable state or federal laws including but not
necessarily limited to:
